Is Visiting Angels covered by insurance?

Depending on your extended health care insurance plan some services may be partially or fully covered. Please contact your insurance provider to discuss your options.

Is Visiting Angels affiliated with any other organizations?

Visiting Angels is affiliated with the Ontario Brain Injury Association, Toronto Brain Injury Association, and the Niagara Brain Injury Associations. We are also associated with the Greater Niagara Chamber of Commerce, Niagara on the Lake Chamber of Commerce and Hamilton Chamber of Commerce. For our CPR, First Aid & AED training we are affiliated with Perri-Med.

Are all staff qualified? What are their qualifications?

Our staff are bonded, insured, with police clearance, have First Aid and CPR training, and must show proof of post-secondary education and proper certification.

What hours are you available?

What areas do you service?

We service the Niagara Region, Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville and the GTA areas.

Do you provide Live-in Care?

Yes. Live-in-Care can be arranged.

Is there a minimum number of hours?

To ensure we give the best care possible a minimum of three hours per visit is required.
